Carbon fiber printing is a technology that fascinates me.Through a hands-on dialogue, I designed a series of clipsthat were developed in a variety of forms. I worked with Onyx,a micro carbon fiber-filled nylon filament known for its precisionand clean surface finish. For me, this project was a deep dive into both material and form an opportunity to push boundaries and create the unexpected. It showed me how accessible technology like this can lead the way in producing aluminum strength parts right from a desktop. This process added massive value to my creative vision and approach.
